Description

The Schneider Electric LC1E0910M7 EasyPact TVS Contactor is a compact three-pole contactor designed for reliable switching and control of motors and resistive loads in low-voltage electrical installations.

With an AC-3 rated operational current of 9A at up to 440V AC, the LC1E0910M7 is suitable for three-phase motor-control applications where dependable switching performance and compact panel installation are required. Its power circuit is rated for operational voltages up to 690V AC at 50/60Hz.

The contactor features 3 normally open main contacts (3NO) and an integrated 1NO auxiliary contact, allowing it to be incorporated into motor-starting, holding, interlocking and signalling circuits. The control circuit operates from a 220V AC coil at 50/60Hz.

For motor applications, the LC1E0910M7 supports motor powers of 2.2kW at 220–230V, 4kW at 380–400V, 4kW at 415V, and 4kW at 440V under AC-3 conditions. At higher rated voltages, the corresponding motor-power ratings reach 5.5kW at 500V and 5.5kW at 660–690V.

The contactor has an AC-1 rating of 25A at up to 440V AC and a conventional free-air thermal current of 25A at 55°C. Its rated making capacity is 90A at 440V AC, while the rated breaking capacity is 72A at 440V.

The LC1E0910M7 provides a 690V rated insulation voltage (Ui) and 6kV rated impulse withstand voltage (Uimp). Its short-time withstand current is rated at 105A for 10 seconds, 61A for 60 seconds and 30A for 600 seconds at 40°C.

Designed for long service life, the LC1E0910M7 offers approximately 10 million mechanical operating cycles and 1.4 million electrical cycles in AC-3, with an AC-1 electrical durability of 150,000 cycles under specified conditions.

Its compact design measures approximately 45mm wide × 74mm high × 80mm deep, making it suitable for space-conscious control panels. The device can be mounted on a DIN rail or plate and uses screw-clamp terminals for power and control connections.

The LC1E0910M7 is designed to operate in ambient temperatures from -5°C to +55°C and can be used at altitudes up to 3000m without derating. It has an IP2X protection rating and conforms to applicable IEC standards, including IEC 60947-4-1.
