The Schneider Electric MasterPact NW63H1 48121 is a 6300A, 4-pole fixed air circuit breaker (ACB) basic frame designed for high-capacity low-voltage power distribution. It features 100kA ultimate and service breaking capacity at 440V AC, a 690V AC rated operational voltage, and is supplied without a Micrologic trip/control unit.
Description
The Schneider Electric MasterPact NW63H1 is the highest-current 6300A frame in the MasterPact NW range, intended for large industrial and infrastructure LV switchboards where very high current-carrying and short-circuit capabilities are required. Reference 48121 is the 4-pole fixed-mount basic frame and is supplied without a protection/control unit.
With an H1 breaking-capacity class, the MasterPact NW63H1 48121 provides 100kA Icu and Ics at 440V AC. The breaker has a 6300A rated current, 1000V insulation voltage, and 12kV impulse withstand voltage, making it suitable for demanding high-current LV distribution applications.
The 4-pole configuration allows switching of the three phases and neutral. This makes it suitable for applications where neutral switching/isolation is required, subject to the electrical system design and applicable standards. The fixed construction is intended for permanent installation in the switchboard and should not be presented as a field-convertible drawout unit.
Reference 48121 is a basic frame without a trip unit. A compatible Micrologic control unit must be selected separately according to the required overload, short-circuit, earth-fault, metering and communication functions.
