Description

The Schneider Electric EZC630N3600N is an EasyPact EZC630N molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) with a 600A thermal-magnetic TM-D trip unit, designed for reliable low-voltage power distribution and circuit protection. The breaker features a 3-pole, 3D configuration and fixed thermal-magnetic protection for overload and short-circuit conditions.

The EZC630N3600N MCCB is designed for AC electrical networks at 50/60Hz and has a rated insulation voltage of 690V AC and rated operational voltage up to 440V AC. The EasyPact EZC630N N breaking-capacity version provides up to 36kA Icu at 415V AC, making it suitable for a wide range of commercial, building and industrial distribution applications.

The integrated TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit provides fixed overload and short-circuit protection. For the 600A configuration, the thermal rating is 600A at 50°C, while the EasyPact EZC630N frame is rated up to 630A depending on the configuration. The instantaneous magnetic protection is fixed, with the official test documentation specifying 5000A for the 600A configuration.

The Schneider EZC630N3600N is a fixed-mount MCCB with front connections, toggle operation and positive contact indication. It is suitable for isolation according to IEC 60947-2 and belongs to utilisation category A.

The EasyPact EZC family is designed as a straightforward low-voltage protection solution covering applications from small building distribution through commercial and industrial electrical systems. Schneider Electric describes the range as a fixed-setting MCCB family covering approximately 15A to 630A.
