The Schneider Electric MasterPact NW50H1 48115 is a 5000A 4-pole fixed air circuit breaker (ACB) frame for high-capacity low-voltage power distribution. It provides 100kA Icu and Ics at 440V AC, supports operation up to 690V AC, and is supplied without a Micrologic control/trip unit.
Description
The Schneider Electric MasterPact NW50H1 is a high-current air circuit breaker frame designed for demanding LV electrical distribution applications. Reference 48115 has a 5000A rated current, 4-pole configuration, and fixed mounting, making it suitable for high-capacity main incomers, bus couplers and heavy-duty distribution positions in LV switchboards.
The MasterPact NW50H1 48115 has an H1 performance level with 100kA ultimate and service breaking capacity at 440V AC. Schneider specifies 100kA Icu and Ics across 220/415V, 440V, 525V and 690V AC, together with a 100kA short-time withstand current for 1 and 3 seconds.
The fixed breaker frame has a 690V AC rated operational voltage, 1000V insulation voltage and 12kV impulse withstand voltage. It is Category B and suitable for isolation according to EN/IEC 60947-2.
Reference 48115 is supplied without a control unit. The appropriate Schneider Electric MicroLogic control unit must be selected separately according to the required protection and metering functions. Farado Engineering identifies the product as a bare frame without the trip/control unit.
