Description

The Schneider Electric LR9F7375 TeSys LRF electronic thermal overload relay is designed for reliable motor overload protection in high-current industrial motor-control applications. It provides an adjustable 200–330A thermal protection range and Class 10 overload characteristics conforming to IEC 60947-4 standards.

The LR9F7375 overload relay is designed for use with TeSys F contactors from LC1F225 through LC1F500. It can be mounted directly on a compatible contactor or installed using a plate mounting arrangement. The relay incorporates 1NO + 1NC auxiliary contacts, manual front reset, trip indication and a full-load current adjustment dial.

The relay operates on an AC 50/60Hz network, has a 1000V AC rated operational voltage, 1000V insulation voltage, and 8kV impulse withstand voltage. Its electronic protection system includes phase-failure sensitivity and temperature compensation from -20°C to +70°C.

For installation, the LR9F7375 uses screw-clamp terminals for the control circuit and M10 lug-ring terminals for the power circuit. The device has an IP20 protection rating and is suitable for operation from -20°C to +55°C, with storage temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.
