1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch or processing
Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation may not be possible
Custom or project-based orders cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has begun
2. Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
The return request must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with proper packaging
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of returned items
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed
