  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch or processing
  • Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation may not be possible
  • Custom or project-based orders cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has begun

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • The return request must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with proper packaging

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of returned items
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Installed or used products
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation
